    Chocolate muffins with biscuits recipe


    ½ cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup cocoa powder
    ½ teaspoon vanilla
    2 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 cup milk
    6 biscuits (discs)
    Whipped cream and fruits for garnishing


    - Preheat the oven to 180 C, grease the muffin cups.
    - Using an electric beater whisk the butter and sugar then add the eggs one at a time, until creamy.
    - Add the cocoa and the vanilla, continue beating, then gradually add the flour , baking powder and salt with constant beating.
    - Add the milk, beat until well combined.
    - Pour half of the batter into the muffin cups, and place the biscuit discs in the middle, then pour the other half.
    - Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    - To be served cold garnished with chocolate and fruits.
