    Wafer recipe


    ½ cup butter + 2 tablespoon
    1½ cups powdered sugar
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1¾ cups flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon cocoa powder

    Ingredients for the filling

    whipped cream, custard, Ice-cream
    molten chocolate for garnishing


    - Preheat oven to 170°C.
    - Using an electric mixer beat butter with sugar, add the eggs while beating.
    - Mix flour and vanilla, add gradually to the previous mixture.
    - Add cocoa to half the batter only, continue beating until well combined.
    - Shape the batter into triangles using piece of cartoon paper (void a carton paper with triangle shapes and pour the batter inside).
    - Place on a parchment paper and bake for 6-7 minutes.
    - As soon as it gets out of the oven, roll the cookie to form cones, leave to cool completely.
    - Fill the cones with cream or custard or ice-cream, and garnish with chocolate. Serve cold.
