       125g rindless bacon, finely chopped
        2 tablespoons tomato sauce
        2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
        400g lamb mince
        125g can corn kernels, drained

        2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
        Potato wedges, caramelised onion, chopped chives and tomato sauce, to serve

    Aussie rissoles Recipe

        Step 1

        Combine mince, corn, bacon, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, chives, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Using clean hands, shape mixture into four 2cm-thick rissoles. Place on a plate.
        Step 2

        Cook rissoles, in a large frying pan sprayed with oil, over medium-high heat, for 3 to 5 minutes each side or until cooked through.
        Step 3

        Serve with potato wedges, onion, chives and tomato sauce.
