1 lime, cut into 8 thin slices
750ml bottle sparkling wine, chilled
2 2/3 cups ruby red grapefruit juice, chilled

Step 1
Cut each lime slice in half. Divide sparkling wine between 8 champagne flutes. Top each flute with 1/3 cup juice. Serve immediately with 2 pieces of lime.
