    Chicken Shawerma Marinade recipe


    1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric,
    2 Garlic cloves, minced
    3 Tablespoons oil
    1 Tablespoon vinegar
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    2 Medium onions
    1/2 teaspoon sumac
    Salt and pepper
    1/2 Kilo chicken (boneless and skinless) 


    - Mix all spice, add garlic, oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
    - Rub onions with sumac,salt and pepper, add it to the mixture.
    - Combine chicken with the prepared mixture.
    - Cover and marinate overnight in the fridge.
