2 large potatoes, peeled
4 slices cold cuts, cubed

Method
- Wash potatoes, place in pot over a medium heat, cover with cold salted water.
- Boil halfway, remove from heat, let cool cut into small cubes.
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat, add onion and stir till translucent.
- Add potato cubes and stir till golden color from all sides.
- Stir in cold cuts and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
