8 hot dogs cut into small pieces

Method
- Combine flour with cornmeal, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
- Mix in egg, milk, oil to flour mixture, season with salt and pepper.
- Place hot dogs in wooden skewers; dip in flour-cornmeal mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over a medium-high heat, lift hot dog skewers making sure hot dog are coated from all sides.
- Fry in deep oil till golden brown.
- Lift hot dog corn bites on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
- Mix in egg, milk, oil to flour mixture, season with salt and pepper.
- Place hot dogs in wooden skewers; dip in flour-cornmeal mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over a medium-high heat, lift hot dog skewers making sure hot dog are coated from all sides.
- Fry in deep oil till golden brown.
- Lift hot dog corn bites on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
