    Roasted Tomato with Cheese recipe


    1/2 Kilo cherry tomatoes
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    Salt and crushed black pepper
    2 tablespoons black olives, slices
    1/2 cup feta cheese, cubes
    2 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
    1/2 cup toasted bread for serving


    - Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
    - Cut tomatoes into halves, put in a bowl and toss with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
    - Transfer into a baking dish and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
    - Before serving, garnish with crushed black pepper, olive slices, feta cheese and serve with toasted bread.
