Ingredients
1/4 Cup soft butter
1 Cup white sugar
1 Cup Sterilized cream
1 Egg
3/4 Teaspoon vanilla
2 Cups flour
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
powdered sugar and ground cinnamon for topping

Method
- Preheat the oven to 170 °c
- Whip the butter well with the sugar in a deep bowl using hand whisks (or electric mixer) until the texture becomes creamy.
- Add cream, egg and vanilla to the mixture while whipping until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Mix the flour, salt and the baking powder.
- Add the flour mixture gradually to the butter mixture while stirring gently (using a wooden spoon) until all ingredients are thoroughly combined (do not stir for a long time)
- Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
- Take a small amount of mixture with a teaspoon and shape it into a sharp edged ball (quenelle) by passing another teaspoon.
- Repeat the passing process interchangeably then place over the prepared tray.
- Repeat the previous step placing the mixture (in the form of balls) keeping a distance between one another.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Leave the creamy cinnamon biscuits to cool down.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon when serving.
