    Making Bechamel Sauce


     Ingredients

    3    Tbs butter

    3    Tbs flour

    2    Cups milk

    1    Egg

          Salt and white pepper

    1/8 tsp nutmeg, grated

    2    Tbs mozzarella cheese, grated

        Salt, pepper and ground nutmeg
    Method

    - Heat butter in a saucepan over a medium heat, add flour and stir for 3 minutes.

    - Add milk to the mixture while continuously whisking with a hand mixer (so that chunks will not be formed) until combined and sauce is sickened.

    - leave sauce to cool, add the egg and beat well with the sauce, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
