Preparation:
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook in salted water.
After they are cooked mash them and add butter, 1 egg, salt and pepper, mix well.
Soak the bread in water, strain the water and crumble it. The fillets
of roasted pepper cut into cubes. In a bowl mix the meat with bread, 2
eggs, parsley, ground pepper, salt and pepper.
The prepared mixture apply it all over the foil with a thickness of 1
cm. On top add the mash potatoes, red pepper and roll it. Cover the pan
with a baking paper and place the meatloaf on it.
Bake it on 220 Celsius degrees until gets a brown color.
