Ingredients
2 1/2 x 180g blocks white chocolate, chopped
395g can sweetened condensed milk
50g butter, chopped
Pink gel food colouring

Method
Step 1
Grease 2 x 5cm-deep, 21cm square (base) cake pans. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edge of pans on all sides.
Step 2
Place chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a heavy- based saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until melted and smooth (see note). Pour 1⁄2 the fudge into 1 prepared pan, spreading to level. Using food colouring, tint remaining portion pink. Pour into remaining prepared pan, spreading to level. Refrigerate overnight or until firm.
Step 3
Using 6cm and 8cm snowflake cutters, cut snowflakes from fudge. Serve.
