Ingredients
1.2kg Heston for Coles Hidden Orange Christmas Pudding
125g butter, softened
1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar
1/4 cup (60ml) orange liqueur
1 teaspoon orange rind, finely grated
1/2 teaspoon Coles Brand Ground Cinnamon
Coles Finest Madagascan Vanilla Bean Ice-cream, to serve

Method
Step 1
Cook the pudding following the packet directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and sugar in a medium bowl until pale and creamy. Add the liqueur, orange rind and cinnamon. Beat until well combined. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the orange zest.
Step 3
Place the warm pudding on a serving plate. Cut into wedges and serve with the orange butter and vanilla ice-cream.
