    Chicken Carrot-Lavender Salad recipe


    2 chicken breasts (marinated, cooked and cubed)
    1 cup avocado, cubed
    1 cup green mango, cubed
    1 cup papaya, cubed
    1/2 cup carrots, cubed, boiled
    1 teaspoon lavender
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Salt and pepper
    Lettuce leaves for garnish 


    - Mix chicken breasts with avocado, mango, papaya, and carrots in a bowl.
    - Add lavender, lemon juice, olive oil and mix, season with salt and pepper.
    - Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving plate forming a flower shape.
    - Place salad in the middle of the lettuce, serve cold.
