    Cinnamon Tea recipe


    6 cups water
    4 Tbsps sugar
    ¼ tsp ground cloves
    ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
    ½ tsp ground cinnamon sticks


     Dissolve sugar in water; add cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon.
     Pour into saucepan and boil on high heat, let simmer for 5 minutes.
     Strain into cups and serve warm or cold.
     Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
     You may use apple juice instead of water (optional). Serve hot.
