    Parmesan Chicken Tenders recipe


    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
    Salt and white pepper
    4 chicken tenders (skinless, boneless)
    1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    Lettuce leaves / cherry tomatoes 


    - Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
    - Rub chicken tenders with onion, paprika in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
    - Mix cheese and bread crumbs on a plate, season to taste.
    - Dredge tenders in breadcrumbs mixture to coat evenly.
    - Arrange in a baking tray, bake for 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
    - Cool slightly before serving on a bed of lettuce, garnish with cherry tomatoes.
