    Homemade Bounty Chocolate bars recipe

    Coconut Filling:
    2 cups dried shredded coconut
    3 tbsp coconut oil
    3 tbsp pure maple syrup or organic honey or Stevia (sweeten to taste)
    Healthiest version: 1/2 cup raw cacao powder and 4 Tbsp coconut oil
    Healthy version: Dark chocolate chips (70% dark chocolate)
    1. Add the coconut filling ingredients to a food processor until all the ingredients are combined together.
    2. Press the mixture into the bottoms of cupcake paper cups to form a nice thick layer or form rectangle shapes like the picture below.
    3. Freeze the coconut treats for 30-45 minutes.
    4. While they are being chilled, make the dark chocolate sauce by melting the dark chocolate chips or to make your own Chocolate sauce add 1/2 cup raw cacao powder, and 4 TBSP coconut oil and sweetener of choice to a pan on medium heat. Then once the coconut treats are chilled, dip them in the chocolate and place in the fridge right away.
