    Kale Chips recipe


     Ingredients

    Kale

    Salt
    Olive oil
    Wax paper (optional)
    Recipe:
    1. Preheat oven to 170 C. Remove the kale from stems and tear leaves into large pieces.
    2. In a bowl, massage kale leaves with olive oil (enough to coat, about 2 – 3 tablespoons). Season
    with salt.
    3. Place kale in an even layer on baking sheet. Transfer to oven and bake until crisp, about 10 –
    12 minutes.
    Keep an eye on chips as they’re baking – they can burn easily.
