    Pan Fried grated potatoes with cheese recipe


    1/2 Kilo Medium-sized potatoes
    2 tablespoons oil
    1/2 cup spreadable cheese
    3 tablespoons black olives, minced


    - Peel and wash the potatoes, then grate using a grater.
    - Form the grated potatoes, while lightly pressing, into rounded shape.
    - Heat the oil in a suate pan, fry the potato for three minutes on each side until golden.
    - Place on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
    - Arrange the potatoes on a serving plate.
    - Top each one with a tablespoon of cheese, then garnish with minced black olives.
    - Repeat the process until you finish the whole quantity.
