    Doughnuts cups with cream recipe


    ½ Cup white sugar
    ¼ Cup melted butter
    3/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
    ½ Cup milk
    ½ Teaspoon baking powder
    1 Cup flour
    1 Cup cream
    2 Tablespoons rose jam


    -Preheat the oven to 180° c
    -Blend the flour with the sugar, baking powder and the nutmeg in the electric mixer at medium speed.
    -Add the butter and blend the ingredients. Add the milk gradually while whipping continuously until smooth.
    -Divide the dough evenly over small rounded muffin trays.
    -Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked completely.
    -Leave until it cools down slightly then arrange on a serving plate.
    -Top with cream and some rose jam.
