    Apricot-Honey Chicken Dijon Recipe


        4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat (2.5 lb. bag) or 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (2.5 lb. bag)
        1/3 cup honey mustard or 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
        3 tablespoons apricot preserves
        1 teaspoon ginger, ground

    Cooking Instructions

        Preheat grill to medium-high. Mix mustard, apricot preserves and ginger in a small bowl. Brush some of the mustard mixture on chicken.
        Place chicken on grill about 6 inches from heat. Grill chicken, brushing frequently with remaining mustard mixture, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done (internal temp 170°F).
