Ingredients:
250g butter + 80g butter for glaze
300g sugar
100g chocolate + 100g for glaze
3 eggs
300g biscuits
300g peanuts
2-3 drops of oil
Cream:
In large bowl broke 300g biscuits and add 300g grounded peanuts.
Before you grind peanuts, fry them in pan until they get a little red
color.
Melt the butter, 300g sugar, 100g chocolate and add 3 eggs. Cook it slowly and stir until you have a homogeneous mixture and normal density.
Merge the both mixtures into a bowl, then make one layer in oiled casserole.
Glaze:
In a deep saucepan melt the 80g butter until it boils. When it boils,
remove it from fire and add 100g of broken chocolate and 2-3 drops of
oil. Stir until chocolate is melted.
Pour glaze over previously loaded mixture in casserole.
Allow the cake to cool and solidify at room temperature, and then cut the rectangular cubes. Enjoy!!!
