Peanut butter and banana over whole wheat toasted bread and cup of natural orange juice
Really delicious and easy recipe and full of nutrients. Peanut butter contains healthy fats like omega 3 and protein. Banana contains many vitamins like vitamin B and vitamin c ,elements like manganese, potassium, calcium and fibers and the bread gives your child the amount he needs from healthy carbs which give him energy. Orange juice will give your child a boost of vitamin C which is a powerful anti-oxidant.
How to make it :
Just spread the butter over the bread and add the sliced banana, cover with another bread slice. Toast it in a pan for 1 min each side, the banana will melt a little over the butter and that what gives it its super delicious taste.
