    Sausage burger with cheese recipe


    1/2 kilo sausage
    1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded
    Salt and pepper
    Onions, tomatoes, cucumber, sliced for salad
    Fresh mint leaves for garnish 


    - Remove casing from sausage.
    - Heat non-stick pan over a medium high heat.
    - Shape ground sausage into circular patties.
    - Cook patties for about 3 minutes for each side.
    - Distribute cheese equally on top sausage burgers, cover and leave for a minute or until cheese melts.
    - Arrange on a serving plate with salad and mint leaves.
