    Baked Creamy Potato recipe


    4 large potatoes, peeled
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
    3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
    Salt and pepper
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
    4 cups whipping cream 


    - Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    - Cut potatoes into slices then place in a bowl.
    - Mix in cheeses.
    - Add parsley and thyme, mix ingredients, season with nutmeg salt and pepper.
    - Distribute mixture in an oven dish and cover with whipping cream.
    - Bake dish in the oven for about an hour or until golden browned.
    - Serve warm.
