    Cheese balls recipe


    2 cup cream cheese
    1 cup feta cheese
    1/2 tablespoon green pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 tablespoon red pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 tablespoon yellow pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 tablespoon orange pepper, finely chopped
    1 cup walnuts, coarsely ground
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    Small scoops (balls) of watermelon/ melon / cantaloupe for serving
    Fresh mint leaves for garnishing


    - In a bowl, soften cream cheese with feta cheese until creamy.
    - Add peppers, season with salt, stir to incorporate.
    - Shape mixture into balls in the size of small lime, refrigerate to hold.
    - In a plate, mix walnuts and breadcrumbs.
    - Roll balls in breadcrumb mixture to coat.
    - Idea for serving: Serve with small balls of watermelons/ melons/ cantaloupe and garnish with mint leaves.
