Ingredients:
2 cups raw Hazelnut
1/4 cup raw cacao powder (you can add more or less depending on how chocolaty you want it)
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar, or brown sugar, or organic honey, or maple syrup (sweeten to taste)
2 Tbsp Coconut oil or vegetable oil (optional for a silky smooth texture just like Nutella!)
Recipe:
1. If the nuts you bought aren’t roasted already, roast the raw
hazelnuts for about 10 minutes. Then take the skin off.
2. Add the nuts in a food processor and mix until they become smooth and turn into butter. About 2-3 minutes (see photos below to see the process)
3. Add the cacao and sugar and mix again until smooth. (I personally don’t like it so smooth, but you can keep mixing until it becomes like Nutella.
4. Place in an airtight jar or in a Nutella jar
