    Tortilla Pizza recipe

    Whole wheat tortilla
    Red onions
    Green bell pepper
    1/2 cup shredded low fat mozzarella 

    For sauce
    1 teaspoon coconut oil or olive oil
    4 tablespoon tomato paste
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 tablespoon minced garlic cloves
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1/2 cup olives
    Oregano (to taste)
    Basil (to taste)
    Salt and pepper (to taste)

    For sauce
    In a medium skillet, saute garlic, onion, olives, and pepper in oil. Stir in the rest of the
    ingredients. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
