600 g fillets of catfish
2 strands young onion
200 g cheese feta
1 egg
Bread crumbs
2 dl sour cream
2 dl oil
1 cucumber
200 g corn meal
200 g rice
Saffron, mint, pinch of garlic powder, salt
Preparation:
Catfish fillets grind it in a machine for grinding, sliced the onion and grate the cheese. In a bowl combine the fish, cheese, onion, 1 egg and spices by taste. Then add bread crumbs as much as it’s necessary to shape the croquettes.
The fish croquettes roll it in corn meal, then fried them in very hot oil until they get golden color.
The rice cook in salted water with a little bit of saffron. After is ready remove the excess water.
Peel the cucumber and grate it. Combine the garlic powder, sour cream and mint, add spices by your taste and mix well.
