     Heat oil in a deep fryer over medium- high heat
    - Slice onions into julienne, sprinkle with flour, and shake off excess before frying.
    - Fry until golden brown and crisp (making sure not to over crowd the pan).
    - Lift over kitchen paper towels to get rid of excess oil.
