    Homemade Dried Fruits



      Wash fruits, pat dry, remove seeds (if needed), and cut into very thin slices (mandolin or vegetable slicer can be used).
    - Add fruits to boiling water with drops of lemon juice for a minute (to keep its color), then left to ice water and pat dry.
    - Lay fruits on oven tray lined with parchment paper.
    - Place tray in oven for several hours on 50 degrees Celsius.
    - Or use food dehydrator and follow instructions.
