    Pomegranates Jam recipe


    2 Cups pomegranate, seeds
    ¼ Cup water
    1 Cup sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice


    - Place pomegranates and water in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat, bring to a boil.
    - Add sugar and lemon juice, stir until sugar dissolves.
    - Let cook until thickened.
    - let cool then pack and seal in sterile jars and keep in refrigerator.
