    Stone Grilled Chicken recipe


    1 whole chicken cut into 4
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric
    1 teaspoon ground cardamom
    1/4 cup oil
    2 tablespoon lemon juice
    Salt and pepper


    -Wash chicken and soak in salted water for about 15 minutes, rinse and pat dry.
    -Combine spices with oil and lemon juice in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
    -Coat chicken pieces with the marinade, cover and refrigerate for two hours.
    -Heat grill, top with clean large stones, brush with oil.
    -Place chicken pieces (skin side down) on top of the hot stones.
    -Grill for 7 ? 10 minutes per side, or until cooked thoroughly.
    -Serve with basmati rice and favorite condiments.
