    The Best Smoothie recipe



    Ingredients:
    2 dl thick yogurt (with the smallest percentage of fat)
    2 dl milk
    2 handful of berries
    2 tsp honey
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Preparation time:5 min.
    1.Mix the yogurt, milk, honey and cinnamon with a hand blender or in a blender. After that add the frozen fruit and mix again until you get a thick mixture
    2.In glasses put 1-2 ice cubes and some more fruit on top.
    Tip: You can add more honey if you like it sweeter, the frozen fruit can replace the ice and you can also add banana.
