Ingredients
4 Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Frozen Chicken Breast Fillets
1/3 cup apricot preserves
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Asian chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cups brown rice, cooked
cilantro, snipped fresh, to taste
Cooking Instructions
Make glaze by combining apricot preserves, soy sauce, chili sauce, and ginger in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until preserves are melted.
Brush Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets with apricot glaze. Prepare in microwave according to package directions.
Serve with rice and sprinkle with cilantro.
