    Avocado Chicken Salad Recipe


        22 ounces Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Frozen Chicken Breast Fillets
        2 whole avocados
        1 whole lime, juiced
        1 stalk celery, diced
        1 small red onion, finely chopped
        1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
        1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
        salt, to taste
        ground black pepper, to taste
        1 baguette, thinly sliced
        2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

    Cooking Instructions

        Prepare Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breasts according to package directions.  Shred chicken and set aside.
        Peel the avocados, remove pit and mash in a small bowl. Add lime juice and mix.
        In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the avocado lime mixture.
        Add the celery, onions, grapes and walnuts. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
        Slice baguette and layer with lettuce and tomato slices.  Top with the chicken salad mixture.
