Ingredients:
150g sugar3 tablespoons water
160g crushed biscuits
30g grounded hazelnuts
50g chopped hazelnuts
50g cooking chocolate

Preparation:
Melt the sugar until you have a golden yellow color, then add the water. Stir until sugar is melted at all.Add the grounded nuts and biscuits, and then stir until you have a uniform mixture.
Allow the mixture to cool.
Wet your hands, make balls and cover them with melted chocolate.
Sprinkle them with chopped nuts and put them in the fridge.
