    Crab Cakes recipe


    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup onion, grated
    2 tbl. parsley
    2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 tbl. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 cups bread crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 lbs. crab meat
    1/4 cup lightly salted butter


    Heat cream to a simmer, do not boil.  Add onion, parsley worcestershire sauce
    mustard, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.  Mix well.  Refrigerate until stiff.
    Stir in eggs and crab meat.  Shape into patties.  Sauté in butter for 4 minutes
    on each side.
