    Sacher Cake


    150 g sugar
    150 g butter
    200 g chocolate
    10 eggs
    150 g flour
    300 g apricot jam
    Lemon juice

    For glaze:

    250 g grated chocolate
    120 g margarine


    Split the 10 eggs to yolks and whites in a different bowls. Mix the eggs yolks with mixer and then put them on low heat and add the butter and the chocolate.
    Mix the mixture for 2 to 3 min and gradually add the flour and mix the whites. Mix all together and put the mixture in mold.
    Bake the pastry on 180 Celsius degrees for about an hour.
    On the lower part of the pastry apply the jam and the lemon juice. After you add the second part of the pastry repeat the same procedure.


    Melt the margarine on a lower heat and slowly add the chocolate. Mix until you get smooth mixture and then after the  glaze is cool enough coat the cake.
