Ingredients
1 cup sultanas
1/2 cup coconut, plus extra, for rolling
8 Weet-Bix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon rum
1 tablespoon cocoa

Step 1
Crumble Weet-Bix into a bowl. Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate mixture for 1/2 hr (makes it easier to roll mixture into balls).
Step 2
Roll mixture into small balls and roll in extra coconut.
