Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (510g) IXL breakfast marmalade
1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 mins or until the glaze thickens slightly.
Step 3
Pour into a sterilised jar and store at room temperature.
