Ingredients
1/2 cup Coles brand thickened cream
100g dark chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups crumbled leftover christmas pudding or cake
12 small scoops vanilla ice-cream
125g raspberries

Method
Step 1
Stir the cream, chocolate, sugar and vanilla in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
Step 2
Divide the Christmas pudding or cake, ice-cream and raspberries among glasses. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
