Ingredients
1/2 cup (125ml) thickened cream
90g unsalted butter, chopped
300g dark chocolate, finely chopped
2 tablespoons brandy or whisky
Cocoa powder, to dust

Method
Step 1
Place cream and butter in a microwave- safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute or until butter has melted and cream is hot. Add chocolate and stand for 2-3 minutes until melted. Stir until smooth, then add brandy. Chill for 2-3 hours until firm.
Step 2
Take heaped teaspoons of the mixture and toss in the cocoa to coat. Chill for at least 1 hour or until firm before serving.
