    Corn Tortilla

    Corn Tortilla preparation recipe

    As known Corn Tortilla is better than normal bread. Each 100 Gram (4 pieces) of  Corn Tortilla contain on 220 Calories.   

    Ingredients 

    • 2 cups Corn flour
    • 1 1/3 cups Warm water
    • Little of Salt
    • You can add your favorite flavors.


    Method
    1-  Admix hot water to corn flour then add little of salt in utensil. 
    2- Knead all mixed ingredients well.
    3- Split kneading to small balls and then spread them on Tefal tray or grill.
    4- Put on cooker and let each side about 3 minutes.
