Ingredients:
vegetable or canola oil
corn tortillas
canned refried beans
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped lettuce
chopped tomato
sour cream
avocado slices
cooked, chopped bacon

Directions:
1. Heat about 3/4 cup oil in a small saute
pan. When it's ready (flick a drop of water in... if it sizzles, it's
ready!), fry tortillas one at a time- about 30 seconds each side or
until slightly firm. Remove to a paper towel lined plate and cover with
another paper towel. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
2. Preheat the oven to broil. Set tortillas on a cookie sheet and spread each tortilla with some beans. Sprinkle cheese on top. Place in the preheated oven for 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and the tortilla edges are lightly browned. Remove from the oven and top with desired toppings- lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado and BACON! Eat!
