Ingradients:
For the Chocolate Sauce:
2 cups of cocoa
80 gr(2,8 oz) of bitter chocolate
2 1/2 cuups of milk
1 cup of sugar
2 tbs.of flour
For the dough:
100gr (1 stick)of butter
3 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 cup of water
2 tsp.of flour
1 tsp.of salt
For the filling :
1 cup of sugar
2 1/2 cup of milk
3 tbs. of flour
2 tsp. Vanilla powder
1 eggs 1 tsb. of butter
Preparation:
Step 1 dought
Transfer the butter into a big pot,add a glas of water, ad the salt
and sugar when the butter melts, add the flour.Start stirring right
away.Wait for around 15 minutes for into cool down.Add an egg and whisk
it , add the second egg and whisk again, and do the same with the third
egg.Use a spoon to make balls of dough. Cook for around 30-35 minutes on
180 C (360 F ) oven. Leave the for cooling down
