    Pineapple bread recipe


    2 Eggs
    2 Tablespoon oil
    ¾ Cup sugar
    2 Cup flour
    2 teaspoon baking powder
    ½ teaspoon vanilla
    1 Cup canned or fresh pineapple
    ¾ Cup grated cheddar cheese
    ½ Chopped nuts

    Whisk the eggs well and add oil and sugar. Stir well.
    -Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla. Add the dough mixture to the previous mixture and mix.
    -Cut pineapple into small pieces and add them to the dough. Put grated cheddar cheese and nuts. Mix well.
    -Put the mixture in a rectangular greased mold.
    -Bake in a hot oven of 180 °C until it is ready.
    -Set aside to cool completely before slicing.
