Ingredients
Corn (1/2 bag)
Raw brown granulated sugar (2-3tbsp)
Water
Non-sticky pan
Recipe:
1. Heat pan on medium heat. Add corn kernels to pan and cover pan. Kernels will begin to pop
and as soon as the popping is over, remove cover and remove pan from heat. Let cool for a
minute.
2. While popcorn is cooling, quickly make caramel. Add the brown sugar in an even layer to a pan on medium heat. Pour water over the sugar until it is completely moistened. Cook the sugar and water over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Once brown sugar has melted, add in the popcorn and mix together well.
For salty popcorn, add a sprinkle of oil and salt to freshly popped corn. And for any other flavor
like chili, cheese, or garlic do the same.
