Ingredients
10 Tablespoons soft butter
2 Cups chocolate biscuits (powdered)
¾ Cup peanut butter
2/3 Cup white sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Cups cream cheese
½ Cup whipping cream
½ Cup dark chocolate (grated)

Method
-Preheat oven to 170°c.
-Blend the butter with the biscuits in a deep bowl.
-Spread the mixture evenly while pressing gently on a rectangular baking tray (30×20 cm in size and 4 cm high).
-Place the tray in the oven for 15 minutes and leave it to cool down slightly.
-Whip the peanut butter with the sugar in the electric mixer at medium speed until creamy.
-Add the eggs while whipping continuously without making clumps.
-Add cheese while whipping until the ingredients mix together.
-Pour the mixture over the biscuit and flatten the surface. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes then leave it to cool down.
-Place the cream in a bowl over medium heat for two minutes, then add the chocolate while stirring until it melts completely.
-Pour the mixture over the tray and flatten the surface.
-Place in the refrigerator for about an hour until firm.
-Divide the tray into cubes.
-Top with nuts and serve.
