180g dark chocolate
500g brown sugar
3 ½ cups flour
Preheat oven to 180 Celsius degrees. Oily the pan and cover with paper cakes.
Chop the chocolate, mix it with butter and melted it on steam.
Meanwhile in another bowl beat the eggs with the sugar until you have a thick paste. Add the melted chocolate in a bowl where are the eggs and finally mix with flour.
Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the surface. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, then cool the cake.
Cut into small pieces and pour it with melted dark chocolate or fruit syrup. Enjoy!
